Chron’s Susan Slusser makes baseball writers history

Photo: Ryo Yabushita, Sankei Sports / SFA little history was made over the weekend at the World Series that didn’t involve the Giants: Chronicle staff writer Susan Slusser was elected president of the Baseball Writers Association of America during the BBWAA’s annual World Series meeting. She’s the first woman to lead the 104-year-old organization. Chronicle
