Expert says Armstrong’s blood showed signs of doping

The U. S. Anti-Doping Agency is about to release its evidence dossier against disgraced cyclist Lance Armstrong, but California Watch appears to have provided an early glimpse. Lance Williams and Matt Smith report that the Australian scientist who helped create a test for the blood-doping substance EPO says that an analysis of blood samples drawn from Armstrong in 2009 suggests he was, to quote CW, “recklessly using banned doping methods in an effort to win the Tour de France one more time.”
