New revelation over the weekend that doesn’t reflect well on Chevron in the aftermath of its Aug. 6 Richmond refinery fire: State documents show workers complained the company was ignoring corrosion problems at the refinery after a smaller fire there last October that was quickly put out. The Chronicle’s Jaxon Van Derbeken broke the story.
