PHOTOS: Giants World Series victory sparks fires during celebrations

At least 35 people were arrested, there were dozens of fires and dozens of businesses vandalized and a Muni bus was set ablaze after last night’s Giants World Series win. AP says the majority of the arrests were in the Mission district, including two people arrested on gun charges. SF Appeal has a wrap-up and more links. Golden Gate XPress, the San Francisco State student newspaper, has a collection of photos, including the one above.
