Eric Cuellar Photo: Las Vegas Police Department / SFHe and fellow law student Eric Cuellar, 24, (right) were arrested after witnesses said they chased a rare helmeted guinea fowl into a tree in the hotel’s wildlife habitat, cut its head off, and, according to witnesses, laughed about it.
