After ‘relenting,’ Arizona group opposed to Prop 30 keeps donors secret*

The effort by state elections officials to get that shadowy anti-Prop 30 Arizona group with ties to Karl Rove to cough up who its contributors are ended this morning. But the moment was about as revealing as when Geraldo Rivera pried open Al Capone’s vault. Turns out donors to the group’s $11 million campaign against Gov. Jerry Brown’s tax measure remain disguised behind a chain of other obscure non-profit groups. PolitiCal
