With that in mind, the Merc’s Jimmy Durkin writes to knock down a couple of rumors about San Jose State’s Mike MacIntyre, who’s a hot property after reviving a moribund program and whose team is 10-2 and headed to a bowl. Neither Cal nor Kentucky have offered him a job, Durkin says.
