Lots of rain, wind to blow in by tomorrow morning

The season’s first big storm is supposed to blow into the Bay Area with high winds and lots of rain early Wednesday. It’s coming straight out of the west with lots of subtropical moisture that the National Weather Service is calling an “atmospheric river.” Forecast is for rain through the weekend. Chronicle
