Children’s hospitals in San Francisco and Oakland to merge, Berkeley pot dispensary dinged by city says it’s moving to Vallejo, fake doctor who performed surgeries goes to court, more.

  • UCSF’s Benioff Children’s Hospital and Children’s Hospital Oakland signed a formal letter of intent to merge. SF Business Times
  • The owner of a Berkeley pot dispensary that the city declared a nuisance says he’ll take the business to Vallejo. Oakland Tribune
  • It was the second day of a court hearing for the San Francisco man accused of impersonating a physician’s assistant and performing surgeries on unwitting patients. ABC 7
