Amador Valley High in Pleasanton told Kenton Koos (pictured) he couldn’t have a photo of himself with facial tattoo and nose ring published in the school yearbook. But after going back to school, so to speak, on the state education code’s free speech protections, the school has relented, the Mercury News says.
