That’s the question posed by Jim Herd at San Francisco Citizen, who spotted this metal carcass near City Hall. SFPD had a bicycle theft prevention workshop at Google’s SF offices the other night and lots of people showed up, almost all raising their hand when asked if they’d had a bike stolen.
