Judge orders restroom photographer to stay away from Scott Wiener

Update on gay rights activist/blogger Michael Petrelis, who was arrested the other day after a nutty stunt in which he tried to take a revealing picture of Supervisor Scott Wiener in a City Hall restroom. A judge has ordered him to stay at least 150 feet away from Wiener, which I guess means the supervisor can stop looking over his shoulder at urinals. Bay City News Service
