Least popular major bank: Bank of America

It scores 66 on a scale of 100 in the American Customer Satisfaction Index, 3% lower than its tally for 2010 and its lowest score since 2000. The bank’s problem: too many customers fed up with the bank’s many fees. LA Times writes about it.
