  • San Francisco Housing Authority’s executive director, Henry Alvarez, handpicked by Mayor Ed Lee, is a bully who discriminates against white employees and regularly engages in offensive behavior in the workplace, according to a lawsuit filed by the agency’s own lawyer. Chronicle
