The 49ers wide receiver, whom a woman has accused of raping her in a hotel room, benefits from some positive anonymous source input in the Chronicle today. Matier & Ross cite an unnamed “San Francisco law enforcement source” as saying Crabtree’s accuser was among three women partying with him in a room at the W Hotel on Third Street after the 49ers’ playoff win over Green Bay Jan. 12 and that two of the women told investigators Crabtree didn’t do anything wrong.
