Crackdown: Where Dennis Hererra may never eat lunch in this town again

Monday, January 28, 2013

That crackdown by the city attorney on restaurants that have collected more than they’ve spent on health care for their workers under the Healthy San Francisco healthcare program is already a PR nightmare for a lot of eateries—guilty or not. Herrera hasn’t disclosed exactly which restaurants are under scrutiny (presumably they’re ones where it’s believed owners have pocketed money under false pretenses).
