Mark it as a coup of sorts for Mineta San Jose International Airport. That’s when All Nippon Airways begins flying the Boeing 787 Dreamliner, the world’s most technologically advanced airplane, nonstop to and from Tokyo. San Jose is the first Bay Area airport to have regularly scheduled Dreamliner service. Flights are five days a week to start, with daily flights planned by summer—that is, if travelers fill the available 158 seats. Chronicle writes about it.
