The uncertain future of the 92-year-old North Beach bar whose owner Jeannette Etheredge has been involved in a noisy feud with landlord Roger Forbes, just got some clarity. It’s been sold to the group behind three popular New York restaurants, including the Michelin star-rated Spotted Pig. San Francisco Business Times, which broke the news on its website last night, says the lease is for 10 years.
