Al Gore is on tour to pitch his latest book, “The Future: Six Drivers of Global Change” and probably couldn’t have found a friendlier place than yesterday’s packed auditorium at San Rafael’s Dominican University of California. (It’s his third public appearance in Marin County since 2007.) How friendly was it?
