The ancestral estate of Christian de Guigne IV, 76, is on the market in Hillsborough, but assuming anyone’s willing to pay the $100 million price they won’t be able to move in until after he dies. Friedman’s estate in nearby Woodside—for a cool $117.5 million, the Mercury News says.
