Lt. Gov. Gavin Newsom gives a quip-filled interview to Politico in which he talks about everything from hair gel to discovering his dyslexia in the fifth grade. Here’s a sample question and Newsom’s reply. “Think of one of your least favorite people in Washington and, without naming names, describe what makes that person so unappealing.”
What bothers me is the kind of politician who plays in the margins. Someone who doesn’t follow his or her conscience and is only guided by an obsession to stay in office and maintain influence. We deserve better with our public servants.
