Redwood City poodle killer convicted

Photo: San Mateo County Sheriff's Offic, CourtesyHe’s Marco Montano-Topete, 32, and a jury deliberated two hours before convicting him of bludgeoning a teenage neighbor’s poodle to death last spring after the dog allegedly wandered onto his property. He’ll be sentenced in March, the Chronicle says.
