The Silicon Valley Leadership Group’s annual business climate survey is out, and while it paints a picture of job growth in the tech epicenter, things are clearly slowing down. Just 46 percent of CEOs surveyed say they plan to add jobs this year; 10 percent say they’ll reduce. It’s the second year in a row for the jobs projection figure to slump, from 60 percent in 2011.
