It’s happening, oh, right about now. Chronicle staffers who are pushing back against parent Hearst Corp.’s efforts to reduce health care benefits in the latest round of contract talks were scheduled to walk around the Chronicle Building en masse at 3:15 today, during an entitled 15-minute break time that, under ordinary circumstances, is rarely observed.
