Tosca Café: new owners won’t mess with the decor

Thursday, March 7, 2013

Lest anyone fret, the soon-to-be new owners of Tosca Café in North Beach don’t plan to tamper with the landmark bar’s décor once they take over. Tosca will close for the remodel likely later this month, with an eye toward a summer re-opening.
