Inner Sunset Thai eatery shut down: too many dead cockroaches

Yelpers were very kind to Marnee Thai restaurant on Ninth Street in the Inner Sunset—one of its two Sunset locations. It had 1,004 reviews and a 4-star rating. Turns out it had almost as many health violations, says Inside Scoop SF, and the health department has shut it down. An excerpt:
…The full report…contains mentions of live cockroaches on prep tables, rodent droppings next to food containers and utensils, and several dead cockroaches scattered about the kitchen like peanuts in pad Thai, among other food safety violations.
