There’s celebrating in Sacramento this afternoon, even if it’s a bit premature. A committee of 12 NBA owners rejected moving the Kings to Seattle, which the Sacramento Bee describes as all but guaranteeing that the Kings are staying put in the state capital. A full vote of NBA owners isn’t expected until on or about May 13, but the committee’s vote—which was unanimous—is expected to carry a lot of weight. Sacramento Bee
