Sac Bee on Bay Area’s latest ferry service flop

There’s nothing new about the fiasco that is the little-used, heavily-subsidized ferry service between South San Francisco and Oakland. But somehow when you hear the Sac Bee’s Dan Walters describe it aloud, it sounds even more outrageous.
