Lt. Gov. Gavin Newsom, like all lieutenant governors, sometimes teased for having little work to do, was a no-show at the Marin Board of Supervisors yesterday. The Lite Guv, who lives in nearby Kentfield, was to have honored Marin County for its best-in-California voter turnout during the November election.
