Steve Symanovich to leave as editor of San Francisco Business Times

After 20 years at the American City Business Journals-owned newspaper, Steve Symanovich is leaving as editor “to pursue other opportunities,” the newspaper announced today. A story about his departure offered no elaboration as to what’s next for the ukelele-playing editor and humor columnist. Publisher Mary Huss offered some kind words about Symanovich: “Steve has contributed in so many important ways to the success of the Business Times, and leaves behind a solid and talented team of reporters, researchers and editors.”
