Trains are running in both directions through the Transbay Tube, albeit at reduced speeds of 25 mph, following this morning’s maintenance accident and commuter meltdown. The good news: BART says expect maybe five minute delays for the evening commute. They’ll go back in and finish up what they need to do after service ends for the night. Chronicle
