After another fail, CNN talking head says he’ll stop making predictions

That would be legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin, who doubles as a writer for The New Yorker, after saying (on MSNBC’s  “Morning Joe” no less) that “very likely we’re going to get the affirmative action case” today from the Supreme Court.
