Lawmaker reverses thrusters on bill to keep Bay Bridge panel’s work secret

That attempt to keep a Bay Bridge task force’s work out of the public eye—forget about it. State Sen. Mark DeSaulnier (D-Concord) says he’s amended Senate Bill 110 to remove the controversial provision after news of its inclusion hit the fan over the weekend, thus warding off yet another flap over government transparency in Sacramento.
