That big beautiful ocean just off our coast—it’s increasingly becoming a huge garbage can. That’s the scary implication from a new study published by the Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute after scientists there combed through 18,000 hours of underwater video collected by the aquarium’s remotely operated vehicles.
