Wells Fargo to pony up for neglecting properties in minority communities

Giddy-up. The San Francisco-based bank will shell out $39 million to settle government claims that it neglected bank-owned homes in minority communities. The money will go to promoting the sale of vacant properties in 45 communities across the country, Bloomberg says.
