The latest from the negotiation front in the BART strike—nothing. With the Bay Area in commute meltdown for the second day, both management and the unions say they’re eager to resume bargaining. But there’s nobody at the bargaining table and, as of 10 a.m. today, no talks were even scheduled. Chronicle
