Janet Napolitano to be new UC system president

UC system president Mark Yudof announced back in January he would leave the office in August to teach law at UC Berkeley. The search for his replacement is apparently over. AP says it is Secretary of U. S. Homeland Security Janet Napolitano, the former Arizona governor and attorney general. She reportedly told her staff this morning that she’s California bound.
