Joan Didion’s childhood home hits the sales block

A piece of literary history is for sale in Sacramento. The Didion House, the century-old 4,600 square foot craftsman that belonged to the family of author Joan Didion and where she lived while a student at McClatchy High School, is for sale for $1.65 million. Sac Bee writes about it.
