More schlock and sleaze for the Chronicle’s SFGate news salad

The big paywall fail that was SFChronicle.com may have resulted in more real news being channeled into content-starved SFGate, but there’s been no discernible reduction in the latter’s schlocky link-baiting. Scanning the front page this morning, below “Fun fests around the world” and just to the left of “Lady Gaga offers support to One Direction after boos” we come to a first-person piece (stacked with flesh shots, of course) called: “In defense of Miley Cyrus.” No byline. Just some unrecognizable name attached to an email submission from who-knows-where.
